About Us

We are a family run, 100% Kiwi-owned and operated print finishing business. We have been in business since 1985 – over 30 years’ experience!

Warwick worked for the previous owner before purchasing the business in 1985 – it was always joked that he bought the business because he loved his job so much (just like the Ronson man).  The funny thing is that it was no joke.

In 2006 Warwick’s son joined the business and is now the operations manager – so it really is a family business.

Our Mission is: "To be the best print finishers to the graphic arts and packaging industries in NZ"

Warwick Fletcher (Owner and GM)

Warwick has worked in the die cutting industry for almost his entire working career. He has just about seen everything within the industry and it always comes back to the basics – “ensuring we deliver a quality service and ensuring that the customer is happy with the end result“. Warwick is extremely passionate about ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within the client’s required time frame.

Warwick is fully qualified but his experience far outweighs his qualifications.

Warwick is always keen to use his extensive industry knowledge to help his clients provide the best solutions possible. If Warwick can’t figure out how to make it work then it probably can’t be done. This knowledge sharing with clients saves his clients a huge amount of money and time – as they can ensure that they get it right the first time round and significantly reduce errors (avoiding costly mistakes and reprints).

James Fletcher (Operations Manager)

After leaving school, James jumped straight into working with his dad in the family business. He started as an apprentice in Packaging, Cutting and Creasing and was soon fully NZQA qualified as a Diecutter. He is now the operations manager and also helps Warwick with the running of the business. James (just like his dad) loves the industry and the clients that they work with.
